The client will supply a document sample and details of any relevant style sheets/style conventions, and these will form the basis of a quotation, which must be agreed with the client before work commences.
All members of staff shall provide Wordhoard’s services in accordance with the provisions of the proposal/estimate, which can only be amended by mutual agreement between the client and their Wordhoard project manager.
Every effort will be made to ensure that copy is free of spelling mistakes and other errors. Where we suspect error in a document, we must notify the client and give them the opportunity to clarify or correct the materials provided to us. However, the responsibility for checking for spelling mistakes and literals is the clients, and the client must absolve Wordhoard of responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of the appearance of such errors in the final published form, or in any collateral in which the copy concerned is used, whether or not these errors appeared in any draft of the copy supplied by Wordhoard.
If a client is dissatisfied with any work produced at the draft stage, we will do our best to resolve concerns. Notification of dissatisfaction must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of the draft, or before a material deadline, if earlier, with reasonable time allowed for amendments to be made.
Wordhoard shall have no liability in respect of any delay to the completion of any project that arises from the client’s side, but will modify the timetable for the project, as far as possible, to accommodate any such delays. Any additional costs incurred by Wordhoard will be explained and allocated before additional work begins.
