Wordhoard Communications was established in 2010 to provide copywriting, editing, marketing, and consultancy services to the tourism industry, as well as academic institutions, businesses, and civil society organisations.
Based in Kealkill, Co. Cork, it is a sole trader operation, occasionally supported by a number of trusted contractors.
We strive to provide our customers with services which meet and, where possible, exceed their expectations, and we are committed to continuous improvement.

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in this staff handbook, which is made available to all staff and contractors.
Although the chief consultant has ultimate responsibility for quality, all people involved in delivering on Wordhoard’s projects have a responsibility within their own areas of work to help ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the organisation and its outputs.
The policy review date is 1 September each year.
